Olympic Torch Relay

Ok, wedding talk is coming soon, I promise! But I couldn't let this go by without blogging about it. Today, the Olympic Torch passed through my town! The Olympics are getting so close... The opening ceremonies start on Friday, and though I don't have any tickets (like 90% of the people I know), it's still pretty exciting!

Here, the torch bearer has finally arrived! We waited about an hour for them to get here.

My sister also sang with her school choir for the program. It was beautiful. They sang "O, Canada" a second time at the end, and the audience joined in. My mom noted, though, that the audience was singing in a completely different key than the choir! Haha. Oh, well, we're all tone-deaf here in my town. That's ok.
